Job Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for supporting the continued growth of Business Lending Partners by originating loan opportunities for commercial real estate, working capital, equipment financing as well as growth and exit capital.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service to our loyal customer base

New Business Development:

Develop, network, and cultivate community relationships that will lead to new business and expand the BLP brand.

Manage loan pipeline utilizing web-based pipeline management tools

Loan Processing and Funding:

Collect, review, and analyze financial exhibits & market data for financial modeling

Perform outreach to lender portfolio to identify alternative financing options
Coordinate with the Lender’s underwriting department in the processing of the applications.
Manage due diligence process and follow up with clients to ensure information is received by lenders in a timely basis

Manage process to loan closing and funding
Maintain industry and market awareness, including information on competitors and lenders

Income Opportunity:

Average earnings $300K -$500K+++

Experienced Originators can work remotely and can be located anywhere in the U.S. Our team is built to efficiently work remotely.
