Investor was seeking refinancing of existing note and cash out at reasonable rates including agency programs (SBA/HUD/USDA) but were told they didn’t qualify.

We assisted our client then negotiated a bridge to HUD solution that enabled investor to refile an existing note of $1.6M within 60 days using a bridge @4.5% and ultimately closing on HUD 3 months later Loan to Value of 85% and rate under 3% cashing out the money they needed to invest in their next.
